Missed Appointment & Cancelation Policy

Our goal is to give quality grooms in a timely manner.  You and your dogs well-being are very important to us and we understand emergencies can happen at any time.  If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request that you call us at the business phone (843-582-8463) or text us through the Paw Partner App (https://pawpartner.com/pz/email/p=201688).

Our Policy

• Any cancelation or reschedule made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a cancelation charge of $25 per dog.
• A No-Show will result in a cancelation charge of $25 per dog.
  NOTE: Any client that has 3 or more No-Shows, will be required to pay in advance for any service.
• If you are late for an appointment, or you know will be late, please call us so we can inform you to arrive or not.  We may not be able to take in your dog if there is not enough time.
